Accomodation - Rapa Nui
Luxury suites, Club house, Lounge, all in a farm! Lemu Lodge Vaihu is lead by Mr. Heu Rapu, a well known Rapa Nui entrepreneur, who decided to develop this eco-lodge in his farm, incorporating the agro-tourism to his traditional activities, following the Lemu model.
Vaihu Lodge has 4 bungalows, each of them having 40 m2 plus a 20 m2 terrace, they all include a King size bed and an additional sofa bed (bungalows can accommodate 2 adults plus two kids); additionally we count with 2 Ocean Suites, with a beautiful sea view (the suites are thought for one to two persons); The bungalows also have a sitting area and a shower open to the nature. Each room has a Rapa Nui name with a meaning that is important for the main host, Mr. Heu Rapu.
We have a Club House (a local house traditionally called ‘Hare’) where the restaurant is located and the delicious breakfasts will be served. There is also an area for campfires in the night, where you can enjoy a delicious drink under the incredible Rapa Nui sky or enjoy the traditional way of cooking “umu-pae” or Rapa Nui “curanto style”, food prepared in a hole. Among the trees you can enjoy our spa, to take a relaxing massage and recover from the day’s activities.
